Hi,

Just wanted to take a minute to let you know about an online farmer's market we are now part of- FarmieMarket.com.

Most of our meat is offered for sale there as well as lots of other items like in-season produce. We are serving Montgomery and Fulton County, as well as the Little Falls, Cooperstown and Cherry Valley areas. A great thing about FarmieMarket is that you can order anytime from your own computer and your order will be delivered to your door. Delivery days are Thursdays.

Please pass this information on to any other interested parties.

Hi everyone,

The Farmer's Market at the Crossings is just beginning and I wanted to let everyone know that our spot has been changed. We are know closer to the building, on the opposite side of the center aisle (although we might ask to turn around to face the other way), but please take a walk around the market to find us.

 

Also, we will have a full freezer of beef on June 7th, our next butchering date (in case you're looking for a half) will be in July.

Hello,

We are now taking orders for Thanksgiving turkeys. They are raised on a pasture with no hormones or antibiotics and look wonderful. They are raised by a neighbor right here in the Mohawk Valley. The cost is $4.50/lb and we estimate they will weight about 15 to 20lbs.

Unless they all sell right away, we will have a few in our freezer for later, but if you'd like one fresh for Thanksgiving you must pre-order.

Please call or e-mail by the 14th, this coming Wednesday, if you are interested.

Hi everyone!

Just a short message to remind everyone that the Crossings Farmer's Market is beginning on June 2nd and runs from 9 to 1, every Saturday. It is located in the The Crossings Park in Colonie.

Also, our lamb will be headed to slaughter in one week. Please contact me ASAP if you'd like to order a whole or a half. Otherwise, I will have lamb meat to sell in two to three weeks.

Hello everyone!
Just a quick update for our Albany customers. We will be attending the Empire Plaza Farmer's Market on Wednesdays. It runs from 10-2PM and is located on the Concourse in the State Building.
For those of you who can't make a Wednesday market we will be coming to Albany once a month (the second Saturday of every month, weather permitting) to drop-off orders. This is for pre-orders only, please place your orders the Wednesday before by either phone or e-mail and orders must be a $50 minimum. Check out our bundles if you're looking for ideas

Hi everyone,
Lamb is back in stock! We will be picking the meat up from the butcher's tomorrow (Friday) and Lord willing, will have it at the Crossings Market on Saturday. Also, this is the last weekend for the Market at the Crossings. Starting at the end of October, you should be able to find us at the Empire Plaza market on Wednesday. That market runs throughout the winter inside on the Concourse. I'll let you know more details as they are finalized.
